    Within 5km of our shop is our basic area. Beyond 5km — just ask us. Send your pickup location via WhatsApp or Facebook first.

  • Q2. How many days does it take?

    Usually 4 days. It may vary depending on fabric and stains. If you need it sooner, please ask us.

  • Q3. Can you handle all fabrics and garments?

    We handle most fabrics — silk, wool, cashmere, designer clothing, and traditional outfits. Some items may not be possible depending on condition. We always check before accepting. Just ask us first.

  • Q4. Can all stains be removed?

    It depends on the type of stain, fabric, and how long the stain has been there. We will not force treatment if it risks damaging your garment. We always tell you honestly what is possible.

  • Q5. When will I know the price?

    After we receive your garment, we check the condition and tell you the price before cleaning starts. You can cancel at that point if you wish.

  • Q6. Are my clothes safe?

    Every garment has its own tag and is managed separately. Your clothes will never be mixed with another customer's. If there is any risk, we tell you before we start.
